½ cup Lemon Juice

2/3 cup Orange Juice

Cut Up and Add Fresh Fruit:
2 Lemons
2 Apples
2 Oranges
1 Lime




1 Bottle Schoharie Mapple Jack

1 Gallon NYS Apple Cider

4 Cinnamon Sticks

1 tbs Cloves

A dash of real NYS Maple Syrup


Put the apple cider in a pot on the stove (or in a crockpot) and put on Medium High, break the cinnamon sticks in half and put them in the pot with the cloves and a dash of real NY maple syrup. Let it warm up, then add the Schoharie Mapple Jack, start with 1/4 bottle and go from there to taste. Enjoy!




2 oz Schoharie Shine

6 oz 7up Cherry Soda

2 oz Maraschino Cherry Juice

Splash of Pineapple Orange Juice

Splash of Lime Juice


Put all ingredients in a glass then add ice and stir together. Garnish with wedge of orange and lime with a cherry on a toothpick. Pretend you are somewhere warm, and enjoy!

Catskill Coffee

Equal parts:

-Sweetened coffee

-Cowbella Milk

-Schoharie Mapple Jack

-Pour over ice and stir

Manhattan Mapple

-1 ½ oz Rye Whiskey

-1 ½ oz Mapple Jack

-3/4 oz Angostura Bitters

-Muddle 4 cherries, that have soaked in Mapple Jack for 2 days, with an orange in the bottom of a rocks glass.

-Fill with ice and above ingredients and stir

-Add an orange slice and a cherry for garnish

Schoharie Sidecar

-1 ½ oz Mapple Jack

-¾ oz Cointreau

-¾ oz Lime Juice

-Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice and pour in chilled glass   

Hot Mapple Cider

-1 Gallon Local Apple Cider

-5 Cinnamon Sticks

-1 oz Local Real Maple Syrup

-1/4 bottle Mapple Jack

-Dash of Nutmeg

-In crockpot or saucepan add cider, cinnamon sticks, maple syrup, and nutmeg at let simmer 5 minutes

-Take off heat or turn to low and add Mapple Jack  Enjoy!

Mapple Jack Sazarac

-Splash of Absinthe

-3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

-1 Bar Spoon Maple Syrup

-1 oz Rye Whiskey

-1 oz Mapple Jack

-Coat one chilled rocks glass with Absinthe

-Mix Rye, Mapple Jack, Maple syrup, and bitters in that glass

-Pour into 2nd chilled glass

-Garnish with lemon peel

Ginger and Mapple

-2 oz Mapple Jack

-Pour in rocks glass with ice and fill with Ginger Beer of Ginger Ale

Mapple on the Rocks

-2 oz Mapple Jack

-Pour in rocks glass

-Add one large ice cube

– Rocks

Schoharie Mary

-1 part Schoharie Shine

-2 parts Bloody Mary Mixer

-Tabasco and Horseradish to taste

-Garnish with Celery and 3 Green Olives

(fried Bacon strip optional)

Schoharie Mojito

-Muddle 6 mint leaves with 2 tsp sugar

-Halve a fresh lime: squeeze 1 half into an 8oz rocks glass

-Slice the other half; drop 1-2 lime slices into the glass

-Add 2 oz Schoharie Shine

-Stir and fill with crushed ice

-Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig

Schoharie Lemonade

– 1 part Schoharie Shine

– 2 parts Pink Lemonade

-Muddle 5 black cherries in 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

-Add dash of vanilla and dash of fresh squeezed lime

-Add 4oz Schoharie Shine

-Shake until well chilled

-Strain into martini glass and garnish

-1 part Schoharie Shine

-2 parts OJ

-1 part pineapple juice

-Pour over ice in glass
